Program
The detailed program is posted below. The main conference program will run for full days on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with a reception/party the first night, Thursday May 16, from 8-11pm. Ann Arbor is in the Eastern time zone - all times listed are in EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)!
The Janet Dean Fodor Memorial Workshop will be 11:30-6:00pm on Wednesday, May 15.
We are trying to increase accessibility and visibility of remote posters at the conference, and thus are offering four different poster modalities, indicated on the program:
- In-person - traditional printed poster with in-person walk-through, remote access to materials via our OSF Meetings page
- OSF only - the poster and any associated materials, including video walkthroughs, will only be available on our OSF Meetings page
- Print + OSF - in addition to OSF availability, a physical poster will be posted in a poster session room for in-person attendees to view
- Zoom + OSF / Zoom + Print + OSF - in addition to OSF availability, all Zoom posters will have in-person “hubs” in a poster session room where in-person attendees can view the poster (on a monitor and/or printed) and also interact with the remote presenter and remote attendees in a Zoom breakout room for a Q&A session. Zoom links will be shared with registered participants via email. Some Zoom posters will also have printed posters available at their hubs.
